What you'll do

  • Build agents that answer from company documents and take actions in ERP and CRM systems with human approval
  • Design retrieval pipelines, prompts, tools and guardrails
  • Create evaluation sets and measure accuracy before and after every change
  • Deploy and monitor agents in production, including cost and latency
  • Work with product and client teams to turn real workflows into reliable automation

What you'll need

  • At least 3 years of software engineering, with 1+ year building on large language model APIs
  • Strong Python or TypeScript
  • Experience with retrieval, embeddings or vector search
  • A habit of testing and measuring, not guessing

Nice to have

  • Experience with Claude, tool use and agent frameworks
  • WhatsApp or web chat integrations
  • Background in ERP, CRM or customer support systems
