Questions about Flow
Do we need developers to use Flow?
No. Most workflows are built visually. Developers can still use webhooks and APIs for advanced cases, and our integration team can build complex flows for you.
Can we control what the AI steps do?
Yes. Each AI step has a defined task and output, every run is logged, and you can require a person to approve the result before the workflow continues.
Is Flow available now?
Flow is in early access. We are onboarding a small number of companies at a time so each one gets proper attention. Request early access and we will reply within one working day.
How much does Flow cost?
We are setting pricing together with our early access customers, so there is no public price list yet. Tell us about your team and we will share the early access terms with you directly.
Can we use Flow without the other Synapserve products?
Yes. Flow works on its own. If you add other Synapserve products later, they share the same data, so each one starts with context instead of a blank screen.
Where is our data stored, and is it used to train AI?
Your data is kept apart from every other customer's and is never used to train shared AI models. If it must stay in a particular country or region, such as India, the EU or the United States, tell us and we will confirm what we can offer before you sign up.
