Questions about KASAUTI IQ
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. The AI drafts reports, match scores and questions, and a person checks each one. Nothing rejects or moves a candidate on the AI's word, and it is told to ignore age, gender, accent, appearance and anything else that isn't job evidence.
How are recordings and résumés protected?
They sit in private storage with no public address and open only through links that expire within minutes. Each company sets how long recordings, photos and reports are kept, and can delete all of a candidate's interview data at once.

Where is our data stored, and how is AI used?
KASAUTI IQ keeps its database and private files on Supabase, runs video on LiveKit and uses Anthropic's Claude for AI drafts when a company turns the AI features on. Résumés and recordings never get a public address, each company sets how long interview data is kept, two-step sign-in is required for company admins, and the AI never marks assessments.
