Questions about Talent
Do we need to run a skills survey first?
No. Talent builds the first skills map from CVs, project history and certifications you already have, and people can correct their own profiles afterwards.
Can employees see the skills data about them?
Yes. People can see and correct their own skills profile, and access to everyone else's is controlled by roles and permissions.
Is Talent available now?
Talent is in early access. We are onboarding a small number of companies at a time so each one gets proper attention. Request early access and we will reply within one working day.
How much does Talent cost?
We are setting pricing together with our early access customers, so there is no public price list yet. Tell us about your team and we will share the early access terms with you directly.
Can we use Talent without the other Synapserve products?
Yes. Talent works on its own. If you add other Synapserve products later, they share the same data, so each one starts with context instead of a blank screen.
Where is our data stored, and is it used to train AI?
Your data is kept apart from every other customer's and is never used to train shared AI models. If it must stay in a particular country or region, such as India, the EU or the United States, tell us and we will confirm what we can offer before you sign up.
