What you'll do

  • Gather requirements and configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
  • Build Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Power BI reports
  • Design CRM to ERP integrations with our developers
  • Run testing, training and go-live support

What you'll need

  • At least 3 years with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or the Power Platform
  • Solid understanding of sales and service processes
  • Clear communication with business users

Nice to have

  • Copilot Studio experience
  • MB-230 or PL-200 knowledge
  • Experience integrating with Business Central
